Our Products

Finest West Country Pork

From our signature handmade sausages to our flavoursome pork chops and joints, pork is our specialty. We ensure it has a generous covering of fat which should be firm and white. The meat should also be a pale pink in colour and the skin must be dry for plenty of crackling. All this helps to give the meat a fuller flavour.

RSPCA Red Tractor Chicken

We source RSPCA Assured chicken, which means you can be certain that they were reared to the RSPCA’s higher welfare standards. Not kept in cages and given enriched living conditions.

Lyme Bay Lamb

We source rare breed lamb which originates from the Welsh mountains. They are grass fed and matured to give a richer, fuller and more tender meat.
